Per the project management state report for 2020, 57% of the organizations work in "hybrid" project management approach... This means that parts of the Agile principles are implemented, probably where it fits the organization most and makes sense.
This approach might work best for many organizations that up until now felt Agile must be "all or nothing".
Here is a short video of the 12 Agile principles. You will probably find that you already implement some of them even if you are not fully agile. The best approach is to implement those principles that are relevant and feasible for you, and do it in the way that brings most value.
