Towards Rosh-Hashana’s annual retrospective session I am working on, I was looking for researches on the importance and the effective way to thank people in a workplace, and I ran into this extremely interesting article summarizing a very thorough research on the same subject (https://revunit.com/effectively-thank-employees/).
